It is very addictive! I shall declare today Kimchi Day!! :))
To cook a yummy kimchi jiggae
Use leek, canned tuna, canned luncheon meat, Kimchi, chinese cabbage and hot pepper paste (gochujang)
Put the above mentioned ingredients into a pot of hot boiling water.
After 5-10 minutes, add chilli flakes, Jin Ramyon and korean rice cake. Lastly, wait till the noodles and rice cake is cooked.
Voila~
Done!
On the left, Kimchi jiggae when first cooked. On the right, Kimchi Jiggae when the soup is being used and reheated. Yummmmmyyyyyyy~
Also on today's menu: Kimchi Pasta! To cook Kimchi Pasta, its not difficult at all. Its using pretty much the same ingredients as the kimchi jiggae. :) But of course, Jin Ramyon and the korean rice cake are not used to make this dish. After the whole experiment, I conclude that adding chilli powder and chili flakes do make a bigggg difference. haha Either way, here is a picture of it. Tadahh~
*Applause* ahhh... what a day. :) Even so, project work.. must go on! Inspiration of the day:
Yeah! Don't forget the dream! If you have perseverance, dreams can be achieved. It has been quite a week! I have finally accomplished a few things on my wish list after such a longgg time this week! So happy right now! Those wishlist activities include watching a football match (while celebrating a friend's birthday) & watching a play (with my high school mate). Also, organising a lucky draw event for the CNY dinner this week made this week busier than ever. What is more, there are assignments, part time work and studies. Phew~! What a week. Yet, looking ahead, there are still events and assignments coming along, challenging yet fascinating. Don't let small minds convince you that your dreams are too big, people.
Haha. Happy Chinese New Year!! :)
