This egg is so pretty!!
I read the instructions, its easy, slice the cucumber diagonally and cut it in half. Arange it into heart shapes.
Then fry the egg white. Remove pan from heat and arrange the heart shape cucumber on the egg white, drop the egg yolk in the centre and return pan to heat.
Done :)
