1. notebook is to be locked in the safe for 2 days - Tonight,Saturday until Sunday night 10 pm.
2. to be used only on Sunday night 10 pm for 2 hours.
3. if these laws are not obeyed, thy monthly allowance shall not be given.
4. thy shall study.
